Thank you so much for your interest in Excel English Institute. We are excited to support you on your English learning journey.

At this time, our online application payment system is temporarily unavailable. We sincerely appreciate your patience and are happy to offer alternative payment options to make the process as smooth as possible.

Resident Application Fees
Online application payments are currently disabled. You are warmly welcome to visit our office to make your payment in person during office hours, or you may send your payment via Zelle to Tuition@excelei.com

F-1 Application Fees
Online application payments are currently disabled. If you are in the United States, you may visit our office to pay by cash or card during office hours, or submit your payment via Zelle to Tuition@excelei.com If you are outside of the United States, we are happy to assist you with a card payment over the phone during office hours.

We accept payment by Zelle bank transfer with no extra fee*.

How to Pay with Zelle Banking App.

• Open your banking app and find “Send money with Zelle” (Chase is Quickpay with Zelle)
• Click “Send Money”
• Add a New Contact as follows:
  Name: Excel English Institute
  Email: tuition@excelei.com
• Type the amount and “Review”
• In the “What is this for?” box, write your FULL NAME
• After validating, click send.
• Done!

*Any credit card payments will include a 3% service fee.

When a student withdraws from the program, the student will be given a refund of the tuition payment*.

The following is the refund policy:

• 80% of unused tuition after the first week of a session
• 70% of unused tuition is issued after the 2nd week of a session

*Application/Registration fees are non-refundable.
