Tuition fees are paid after the student gets the F1 Visa, is in the US, and ready to enroll.

The placement test can be taken online or in the school.

For F-1 international students, the $150 includes the placement test and I-20. Sevis fees are not included as those fees are paid directly to USCIS online.

Excel does not provide room and board, but we can refer homestay options and nearby extended stay hotels that Excel works with. Students will contact and secure lodging themselves and information [...]

Pay by Session – If a student withdraws during a session, 80% of the unused tuition will be refunded after the 1st week and 70% of unused tuition will be refunded after the 2nd week. [...]
